Beijing guys study the annual output of 300 tons of soilless vegetables. Let's take a look with me.
On April 14, in the "Plant Factory" of the Agricultural Planting Cooperative in Zhuo Yuan, Jilin Province, farmer Gaudi was checking the growth of crops. Planting vegetables without soil, farmers wearing tooling, and greenhouse competition workshop, this is the production scene of automatic greenhouse in Zhuo Yuan Agricultural Planting Professional Cooperative. This "Plant Factory" covering an area of 32,000 square meters is located in Jiangnan Village, Yilaxi Town, Yongji County, Jilin City, Jilin Province. Soilless culture, water-saving irrigation and other technologies are applied in the factory, and intelligent temperature, humidity and lighting control systems are used to create superior conditions and environment for crop growth, which can realize uninterrupted production of various crops throughout the year. In 2020, the "Plant Factory" will produce 600 tons of fruits and vegetables, with an output value exceeding12 million yuan. Xinhua News Agency reporter Zhang Nanshe

Successful trial planting of beibei pumpkin in soilless culture in Beijing suburbs
In the greenhouse along the special vegetables planting base, colorful Beibei pumpkins are hidden in the green seedlings and grow gratifying. Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned that in recent years, Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Station began to promote the soilless culture technology of Beibei pumpkin in the agricultural planting park in the suburbs of Beijing this year through experimental research, and achieved success. At present, Beibei pumpkin has been listed on the market, covering an area of about 2,000 mu. Members of the public can go to special vegetables Planting Base, Yanqing Maoyuan Guangfa Planting Base and Daxing Laosong Guayuan to taste and buy.
According to Gao Bo, technical director of Shunyan special vegetables Planting Base, the park tried to use soilless culture technology recommended by experts from Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Station to grow Beibei pumpkins. "In previous years, the park was cultivated in soil, and each plant could bear 4-6 pumpkins. This year, each plant in this shed can bear about 10 on average, and its head is also neat. This cultivation mode saves labor and high yield. At the same time, the environment in the shed is also clean and tidy. As soon as you enter the shed, you can see a string of small melons hanging on the seedlings, attracting many citizens to pick them. I have to do this next year! "
At present, it is the harvest period of Beibei pumpkin, and the staff in the park are in full swing. Zhang Ying, an agronomist at Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Station, introduced that this year, we used soilless culture technology for pumpkin planting for the first time in Beijing suburbs. Beibei pumpkin varieties, which are deeply loved by the public, are selected, mainly including Beibei pumpkin, black shell, shell chestnut beauty, silver chestnut and so on. This kind of pumpkin has the characteristics of small fruit shape, good taste, diverse skin color and rich nutrition. At the same time, soilless culture technology reduces labor intensity and improves yield and economic benefits. Compared with the same period of last year, when using soilless culture technology to plant Beibei pumpkin, the water consumption per mu decreased by 24.8%, the labor consumption per mu decreased by 6.2, the yield increased by 37.9%, and the gross income per mu increased by 7260 yuan. The net income per mu increased by 36 10 yuan after deducting the additional investment of 3650 yuan per mu (cultivation tanks and substrates, etc.).
Zhang Ying introduced, "Soilless culture means planting crops in the substrate, with standard quantitative indicators for water supply and fertilizer supply, more balanced nutrition supply, higher commodity and quality of fruits, commodity rate of 98%, average increase of soluble solid content of 6.3%, sweet and soft taste, and dense entrance. At the same time, the shed environment is clean and tidy, which enhances the experience of citizens' sightseeing and picking. "
