Stewed tofu with wax gourd

Ingredients: oil, soy sauce, star anise, chicken powder, wax gourd, tofu, onion, ginger and garlic, salt and pepper.

Wash the wax gourd, peel the seeds and cut them into small pieces, rinse with water, and cut the tofu into diamonds for later use.

Slice the onion and ginger, cut the garlic into powder for later use, heat the pot with appropriate amount of oil, and fry the tofu in the pot.

Deep-fry the tofu until golden on both sides, remove and drain the excess oil, take out the oil and heat it with a little base oil, and saute the star anise, pepper and onion ginger until fragrant.
