Methods/steps
Prepare the ingredients: bull's-eye, white radish, angelica, ginseng.
Cut the beef tendon into pieces, cut the white radish into cubes, and clean the angelica and codonopsis.
The beef tendon, white radish and angelica, ginseng together into the stew pot, while pouring a pot of boiling water.
Cover the pot and simmer for about 5 hours.
After 5 hours, open the lid, add the seasonings and simmer for another 2 minutes.
