Fancy steamed buns

Materials
Main ingredients: flour, black sesame, bean paste, Cantonese sausage
Method
1. Mix self-raising flour and dough Set aside, take part of the dough to make sesame steamed buns;
2. Fill a part of the bread with bean paste filling to make hedgehog steamed buns, roll a part of the dough into strips and roll it with sausage to make sausage steamed buns, put it all into the pot after boiling Steam for 15 minutes.
Blooming steamed buns
Ingredients
All-purpose flour, corn flour, milk powder, white sugar, yeast powder, water.
Practice
1. Add all-purpose flour, corn flour and milk powder and stir evenly.
2. Add half a cup of warm water to the yeast powder, stir well and let it sit for 2 minutes.
3. Add half a cup of warm water and an appropriate amount of sugar according to taste and stir evenly.
4. Add the mixed flour to two cups of water and slowly mix thoroughly. Make sure there is less water. Stir slowly. If it is not enough, add a little warm water.
5. Finally, knead the dough into dough, cover with wet gauze and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the board and cut the dough into steamed buns of even size. The shape can be long or round according to personal preference.
It can be round. After it's ready, put it in a basket with water and cover it with a lid to ferment again for 10-20 minutes.
7. Steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes. After starting the steam, turn to low heat and steam for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes.

(PS: There is no accurate measurement or weight ratio here because I just make it myself. As for the milk powder and corn flour, the amount can be proportioned according to people’s tastes. Of course, The more milk powder you add, the stronger the milk flavor will be)
