Exercise:
1. Wash pork tenderloin, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and cut it into thin slices. (If the knife is good, just slice it directly. )
2. Shred ginger, sliced garlic and sliced dried Chili.
3. Put the cut tenderloin into a bowl, pour in a proper amount of cooking wine, add ginger slices and salt, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.
4. Pour proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot, add ginger and garlic and stir fry.
5. Pour in the sliced meat, stir fry constantly, stir fry the sliced meat.
6. Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir well.
7. Sprinkle with cumin powder and white sesame seeds, put the dried Chili segments into the pot and stir-fry.
Cooked cumin slices exude a fragrance, which is very attractive. Take a bite of the meat, it is tender and delicious, not greasy at all, and it is mixed with the smell of cumin and pepper. It is delicious.
