Now, for various reasons, many people have had allergic experiences. Pollen, dust, ultraviolet rays, etc. can cause allergies, and most people accidentally eat food that they shouldn't eat. According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, 22%-25% people in the world suffer from allergic diseases, of which food allergies account for the vast majority.
In addition to skin rash, some people may have gastrointestinal discomfort, oral ulcer, asthma and other symptoms, which may even lead to anaphylactic shock. Therefore, those people who are easily allergic should keep their mouths shut, and don't covet to satisfy their temporary desires and ignore their own safety.
What foods generally cause allergies? Knowing in advance can prevent problems before they happen, which is also responsible for yourself. There are many foods that cause people to be allergic, but for most people, the foods that are allergic mainly fall into the following eight categories:
1) Grains containing gluten, such as table, table, barley, oats, spelt wheat or their hybrid strains, and of course bran products. People who are easily allergic to such substances seem to stay away from pasta.
2) People who are allergic to crustaceans should eat something else.
3) fish. In particular, seafood contains too much histamine, which will cause people's physical discomfort. A few people eat fresh fish or seafood that are now salvaged because they are born with a lack of enzymes that decompose histamine, which will cause allergies.
4) Eggs, milk and its products are also common allergens. Many people feel flatulence, nausea, diarrhea and abdominal pain after drinking milk, which may be due to lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance is mainly due to the lack of lactase to digest lactose in the body. However, there is a lot of lactose in milk. If the intestine can't absorb it, lactose will accumulate in the small intestine. In the large intestine, undigested lactose will be used by bacteria in the large intestine, and the metabolites produced will be toxic to the body, so there will be symptoms such as abdominal distension, colic, nausea and diarrhea. 90% people in China have this symptom. Although the onset age of lactose intolerance is not fixed, most of them develop symptoms after 5 years old, and 20%-30% people will develop lactose intolerance within 4-5 years after weaning.
5) Peanuts, soybeans and nuts, and nut products of nuts are also included.
The above five types of food account for about 90% of food allergies.
6) Meat, such as beef, mutton, chicken, pork, etc., and some people are allergic to them.
7) Fruits, such as oranges, kiwis, strawberries and bananas.
8) Other foods, such as celery, mustard and sesame, may cause allergies in some people.
At present, there is no way to completely cure food allergies, so we can only try not to eat those foods that cause allergies.
