After the green onions go through the low-temperature vernalization stage, under the action of long sunshine in spring, they shift from vegetative growth to vegetative growth and reproductive growth. Harvest when the young sprouts grow to about 15 cm in length. Harvest green onions and the whole plant can be eaten.
When the flower bed grows to more than 20 cm, the flower bed ages. After the flower bed is removed, it can still be eaten as a condiment.
