Tear the cauliflower into small pieces, and the thick stems can be assisted by a knife. After cleaning, soak them in light salt water for half an hour.
Wash carrots and cut them into flat strips. You can only use half a big carrot, cut green and red peppers into flat strips, and mince onion, ginger and garlic. Prepare star anise and pepper.
Boil the water in the pot until it boils, keep the fire high, and pour in cauliflower and carrots. After one minute, remove and control the dry water.
Heat the oil in the pan to 80% heat, pour in onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and anise pepper, stir-fry for half a minute until you smell the fragrance.
Pour in cauliflower and carrot with controlled moisture, and put in a proper amount of oil. Stir-fry for two minutes, then add some salt. Continue to stir-fry on high fire for about three minutes, cease fire and take out the pot.
