Steps to make stir-fried cabbage with tomatoes
1. Preparation materials: wash the cabbage (only half used), cut into shreds and drain the water. Score the bottom of the tomato twice and blanch it in boiling water for a while, peel and cut into thin slices, and flatten the garlic;
2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, add the cabbage and stir-fry until soft;
3. Put the cabbage aside, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a few times;
4. Mix the tomatoes and cabbage and stir-fry (my tomatoes were too small, so I added some tomato sauce), stir-fry until all the ingredients are soft and cooked, and season with salt.
