1. Mince the green onion and ginger, and mix them evenly with the meat mixture, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce and salt.
2. Boil chicken soup beforehand and set aside
3. Chop the rest of the ingredients and set aside
4. Take a little filling. Put the wonton skin and roll it up as shown in the picture
5. Fold it backward and pinch it tightly (if you are afraid of falling apart, you can dip your finger in water and dot it here)
6. Put the ingredients in a bowl (cilantro, shrimp skin, scallions, mustard greens, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, pepper, and a little bit of it). Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the wontons to the pot and cook (wontons are better cooked, basically 2 minutes)
7. Pour chicken broth into the bowl and add the right amount of soup to cook the wontons, and fish the wontons in. Then you can feast!
