2. Practice:
(1) Wash the rice first and mix it with a little oil; Shred ginger; Shred onion; Wash and shred cabbage;
(2) Wash the silver carp head, cut it into small pieces, add shredded ginger, salt, sugar and pepper and mix well;
(3) Put the rice into the porridge pot, add water to boil, and then turn to medium heat to cook for about 30 minutes;
(4) Add the silver carp head and shredded Chinese cabbage into the cooked porridge and cook. Finally, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with shredded ginger and chopped green onion.
