Materials: fresh squid, cilantro, green onions, garlic, chili peppers, ginger
one cup each of sesame oil, soy sauce, cooking wine
Practice:
1. Squid washed clean, cut across the small pieces.
2. Boil half a pot of water and put down the squid, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine together hot deodorization, and then fish out the squid to drain the water.
3. Ginger, garlic cut into slices, scallions and chili pepper diagonally cut into small sections, first with sesame oil sautéed ginger slices, such as ginger slices slightly yellow when the garlic slices, chili pepper, and sautéed together.
4. Then blanch the squid back into the pot, add all the seasonings burned to taste (soy sauce and wine, a little salt, do not need to put the chicken essence, you can put a little sugar).
5.5mins after adding green onions and cilantro, stir fry together, out of the pan.
