Steam cake is made of rice flour and baking powder, which is spread on a round panel similar to a pot cover to form a thin layer, then sprinkled with mushroom foam, shrimp, bean sprout foam, dried bamboo shoots, dried beans, peppers, onions and dried bean curd foam, steamed and cooked, with a thickness of about 1 cm, sprinkled with chopped green onion, poured with cooked oil, cut into a prismatic shape with a knife, and dipped in hot sauce.
