Prepare ingredients: soybean 140g, 20g white vinegar, and cold boiled water.

4. Put the filtered soybean milk into the pot and boil it. When cooking, remember to stir it evenly to avoid the bottom paste, and pay attention to the heat and don't let the soybean milk overflow.
5. Don't turn off the fire immediately after boiling the soybean milk. Let it continue to boil for about 5 minutes. When the soybean milk is cooked, put it aside for a while, put a bowl of 20g cold boiled water and pour some vinegar into the cold boiled water. Then pour this bowl of water into the soybean milk and stir it evenly.
6. Wait for the soybean milk to stand for half an hour. After it is slowly solidified, spread the filter cloth just now on the module containing tofu, slowly pour in the bean curd, and fold the extra filter cloth on the tofu.
7. At this time, you should hold the tofu down with a heavier thing, and it will be almost the same after two hours. After two hours, you can remove the filter cloth on it and buckle the tofu.
