However, if you don't have an oven or toaster and don't mind not having the usual bread surface me color and texture, you can try using an iron skillet instead of an oven.
Process
1. Ingredients
High-gluten flour 200g
Water 120g
Salt 4g
Sugar 22g
Immediate-raising yeast 2g
2. Mix all the ingredients and knead them together until they are free of particles, then roll them into a ball. Place on a plate and let rise for 40 minutes.
After the first fermentation, you can deflate, divide and shape the dough.
Then put the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and let it ferment for about 1 hour, until the dough doubles in size.
3. Preheat a pan over high heat (an empty pan with the lid on for 10-20 seconds), turn off the heat when it is about to smoke, and place the dough in the pan with the paper liner on, cover and bake for 10-20 seconds.
4. Turn the bread over like a bun and turn off the heat for another 10-20 seconds.
5. Repeat step 4 until the top of the bread is golden brown. Be careful to avoid burning the bread.
p. s. The temperature of the oven should be close to a constant 200°c, and it's hard to control the temperature of the pan, so it's easy to burn the bread. So take your time to try it out.
