Salted citrus

1. Pick some big fresh oranges and wash them with clean water.

2. Boil a pot of water, and pour the citrus into the water for blanching 1 min (this step is very critical, so that the treated citrus will not be moldy during pickling).

3. Pick up the oranges and put them on the balcony to dry.

4. Wash the glass bottle and blow dry thoroughly. Put the dried citrus into the bottle and sprinkle some salt on each layer.

And so on, until the bottle is full (you don't need to put too much salt, just make sure that every citrus can be stuck with salt), and finally cover it tightly and store it in a cool place, the salt will gradually melt and the water in the citrus will gradually run out. After about 4-5 months, the citrus will be cured. When you have a sore throat or a cold, you will feel much better after drinking it.
