Hold the prepared stuffing in your hand and make a fist. Don't hold it too tightly. It's almost like a bucket, with meat in it! Then slowly squeeze the minced meat with a clenched fist. Remember that the thumb side is up and the little finger side can't show minced meat! Squeeze the minced meat out of the circle between thumb and forefinger! It will be an irregular circle! Dig along the level of your index finger with a spoon! Don't be too low than your index finger! Just fry it in the oil pan!
