Ingredients ?
Don chicory (swiss chard) 1 handful
2 bundles of water radish
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (5ml)
1 teaspoon of lemon zest rubbed in the paste
A pinch of salt and pepper
Method for sauteing don lettuce with water radish ?
Separate and chop tang lettuce stems and leaves. Cut eight cloves of water radish. Garlic sliced.
Pour olive oil in the pan, stir-fry the stem of Tang chicory and water radish on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, then pour in the Tang chicory leaves, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest puree, a pinch of salt and pepper and stir-fry until the leaves wilted and served.
