2 small red peppers
2 green peppers
5 imperial concubine peppers

An appropriate amount of cumin powder
An appropriate amount of black pepper powder and coarse black peppercorns
Light soy sauce, Oyster sauce, peanut oil, appropriate amount of salt
Three lettuce leaves
An appropriate amount of sauteed white sesame seeds
Recipe for braised beef with three peppers
Wash and slice the beef, marinate with shredded ginger, black peppercorns, black pepper powder, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut oil and appropriate amount of salt for 30 minutes.
Wash the small red peppers, green line peppers, and royal peppers and cut them into sections for later use. Some royal peppers do not need to be cut.
Wash the lettuce leaves and arrange on a plate.
Add shredded ginger and chili in the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry until cooked. Sprinkle in cumin powder and stir evenly. Remove from the pan and put on lettuce leaves. Place on a plate and sprinkle with stir-fry. Fragrant white sesame seeds are enough.
