How to make a personal income and expenditure statement with Excel?

Step 1, find the Excel software on the computer and open it to write the daily expenses, as shown in the figure.

step 2: classify the columns that belong to expenses, and click the menu bar to merge cells into expenses, as shown.

Step 3: Similarly, click the merge cell in the menu bar to merge the date column and the income column upward, as shown in the figure.

Step 4, enter the details of your daily expenses, and select the cell to perform the next style operation.

Step 5: After selecting the cells used, click the table style option button in the menu bar to select the style, as shown in the figure.

Step 6: After selecting an appropriate style, the selected cell will display a dotted border, and the panel selection area will pop up. Click OK, as shown.

Step 7, click OK, and a personal income and expenditure detail will be completed, as shown in the figure.
