I. Rice milling machine is mainly composed of a fixed wrench, tightening nut wrench, brush, hopper, grinding wheel, wire brush, etc. The mechanical force generated by the mechanical equipment is used for brown rice peeling and bleaching. The mechanical equipment used is called a rice mill.
With the gradual improvement of the standard of living, people put forward higher requirements for the quality of rice, so that the rice milling process can be rapidly improved. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of rice varieties, the yield of fine-grained rice is getting higher and higher. Due to its own reasons, this kind of rice produces a large amount of popping waist phenomenon in the process of harvesting and threshing. Due to the backward technology, the traditional rice milling machine will increase the rate of broken rice. The irrational arrangement of the components of the traditional rice milling machine and the backward technology lead to insufficient air flow in the milling chamber, low wind pressure, the particles settle at the bottom of the milling chamber under their own weight, poor fluidity, and the existing milling movement area cannot be fully utilized. In order to improve the processing quality of rice, it is necessary to use one or two rice milling machines to increase the pressure in the milling chamber, but this will increase the temperature of the rice. In addition, the high popping rate of raw rice produces a large amount of broken rice during the milling process. Therefore, in order to reduce the rate of broken rice and improve the quality of rice, it is necessary to use a multi-machine light milling process.
The second, multi-machine light milling process is to increase the moving area of the mill per unit of output by increasing the number of mills. However, the cost of reducing the milling rate and improving the processing quality by reducing the internal pressure of each mill and controlling the temperature of the paddy during the milling process will increase dramatically. In order to reduce the cost and improve the quality of rice processing, a new type of rice milling machine was developed. By increasing the utilization rate of the moving area of rice milling per unit output and the air volume of the milling chamber, the milling rate is greatly reduced.
The milling process for brown rice uses friction and grinding to strip the bran layer. Friction milling requires a polishing chamber with high pressure and a certain polishing speed, hence friction milling is also known as pressure milling. Rice polishing does not require high polishing chamber pressure, but it does require high linear speeds and rice polishing rolls with many microblades, so rice polishing is also known as high-speed rice polishing. In fact, both methods of rice polishing coexist in any rice mill. However, there is one main method of rice polishing in any rice mill due to the different construction and parameters of the mill. Therefore, rice mills can be categorized into friction mills (iron roller mills) and rice mills (sand roller mills).
