Steps/methods
1 Soak kelp shreds and vermicelli in cold water in advance, and cut tofu skin into filaments.
2 Boil water in the pot, and iron the three kinds of silk in turn. The vermicelli should be scalded for a short time, which is too soft to eat.
3 then use cold boiled water to shower in turn, and pick up and drain the water.
4 Put the three kinds of silk into the basin, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar (a little), salt, minced garlic, coriander, sesame oil and mix evenly.
