Egg yolk, shrimp and tofu soup with calcium and DHA.
Prepare ingredients:
A small piece of soft tofu, 2 egg yolks, 2 shrimps, cod floss, a few peas and corn kernels, and an appropriate amount of water starch.
Steps:
1. Crush the egg yolk, put oil in the pot and fry the egg yolk until bubbling.
2. Pour half a bowl of water, put in the soft tofu and bring to a boil, then add the shrimp and cook until it changes color.
3. Add vegetable cubes and appropriate amount of water starch, and cook until the soup becomes thick. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cod flakes.
