A box (6 small pieces) of block curry with appropriate amount of oil.
Steps of delicious curry chicken rice
1. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into pieces, wash carrots and cut into hob pieces, cut onions into small pieces, and dice chicken breast.
2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry all the ingredients, pour boiling water just after the diced chicken changes color, keep boiling for 10 minutes, then turn off the fire, put all the 6 pieces of curry in, and stir evenly with a shovel.
3. Re-open the fire and stir-fry until the soup is thick. If it is too dry, inject a little boiling water, if it is too thin, it will prolong the frying time.
4. Put the rice in the bowl upside down on the plate and put the prepared curry on it.
