Wash chicken breast. Put three or four slices of ginger and a few slices of onion in a hot pot with cold water. Boil and remove the floating foam, remove the chicken breast and let it cool! Then tear it by hand.
Shred auricularia auricula and carrot. Blanch with hot water, remove and drain for later use.
