How to cook lobster rice?
Appropriate amount of rice, washed and soaked in water for 5 hours, so that the rice can absorb enough water and put it on the plate. Originally, I wanted to cook it like lotus leaf rice, so the steaming time can be much shorter, but it is also ok to let the lotus leaf taste overwhelm the lobster taste, so … steam it, steam it for an hour first.
You can add all kinds of ingredients to rice at will, but personally it is not recommended to add seafood and shrimp, because this dish is to make rice taste like lobster, and it is not good to add too many ingredients (purely personal preference), so I used a little mushroom, carrot powder and some mushrooms to set off the delicious lobster.
Add a small amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, chicken essence and salt to the ingredients, then add them to the steamed rice and stir for one hour. Continue steaming for 30 minutes,
Cut the lobster into black lines, add some soy sauce to taste, buckle the meat down in the rice, and let the rice fully absorb the lobster juice ~ delicious! Then steam 15-20 minutes.
Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion ~
