I. Water Law
Some thinner glues are easy to soak, and it is almost enough to soak in clear water for one night, but some harder glues are a little hard to soak. Specific practices are as follows:
First, clean the glue, and use a clean, relatively large container to soak the glue in cold water for one night. Pay attention to put the whole flower glue into the water to ensure that there is no oil stain in the water.
After soaking all night, we took it out and saw that although the thick glue was soaked all night, it was only slightly white on both sides and hard in the middle (it could not be cut with a knife). At this time, it is suggested that the flower gum be boiled in onion and ginger water for about 20 minutes, and it will be soft when it is taken out.
If you want to taste better, you can soak it in ice water for another ten minutes, and troublesome friends can ignore this step. Cut the soaked gum for later use and stew it later.
Tip: In fact, you can soak several pieces of flower glue at a time, then cut them open and put them in the freezer, so that the next time you want to make flower glue, you don't have to spend so long soaking your hair, just take them out and thaw them. Of course, although this is more convenient, I suggest you eat as soon as possible. After all, it is not good to put it for a long time.
Second, the oil method
Put the pan on the fire, add oil, and the oil will be 30% hot. Put the fish belly (gelatin) in the oil pan until it is soft, cut it, put it in the oil pan, hold it down with a spoon and fry it with slow fire. See the fish belly foaming, turn it over and fry it; If the oil temperature rises, you can put down the pot; After the oil temperature drops, it will be ignited again and repeatedly. The frying time depends on the quality of the fish belly. The thick frying time is slightly longer, and the thin frying time is slightly shorter. Don't fry at high temperature to prevent the skin from burning and the meat from penetrating.
The standard of fried fish belly: the oil in the pot will not turn over, and the fish belly will be broken with a pat, and the section will be spongy. Put the fried fish belly into a pot, first press it with something, then pour boiling water to make it soak back and soften, then take it out and squeeze out the water.
How long does it usually take to soak the glue?
How long it takes depends on the thickness of the glue. Thick bubbles take longer and thin bubbles take shorter time. Generally speaking, the soaking time is 5 to 10 hour.
