1. Material: cucumber 500g, coriander 200g, Chili oil 15g, garlic paste 25g, monosodium glutamate 0.5g, refined salt 5g, sesame oil 15g, soy sauce 10g.
2. Cut the fresh cucumber into small hob blocks with thick top and thin bottom, then mix well with refined salt, season and drain.
