Practice:
1. Cut the onion and slice the ginger;
2. Put the pork liver, onion and ginger slices into the pot and add water. It is advisable not to pass the pork liver. Turn down the heat after the fire is boiled.
3. Turn off the fire after boiling until the pig liver is not bleeding with chopsticks;
4. Fish the pork liver into a container, pour in the boiled water, add some soy sauce and salt, and marinate for three hours.
