Making method of grape wine:

Preparation materials: grapes, rock sugar (the ratio of grapes to rock sugar is 3: 1), and glass jars (cleaned and dried for later use).

1, picking grapes

If you want to make delicious wine, you must choose the right raw materials. It's best for friends to choose fresh grapes that have just come into the market in the summer season, and don't buy grapes that are out of season, otherwise the taste will be very poor. Generally, it is most suitable to choose purple ripe grapes. Common Kyoho grapes, raisins and horse milk are all acceptable.

2. Wash the grapes

The second step is to clean the grapes, which is also particularly important in the production method of wine. Because pesticides and other harmful substances will remain in the grape skin, it should be soaked in light salt water for about 10 minutes, and then rinsed with flowing water.

3. Dry the grapes

Put the grapes into a leaky container and let them dry naturally to prevent the moisture on the grape skin from being brought into the wine, which will affect the taste of the wine.

4. Select a container

Generally, a transparent wide-mouth glass jar can be used to observe its fermentation well. Never use a plastic container, because the plastic container is likely to have a chemical reaction with the ingredients in alcohol, releasing substances that are not conducive to human health.

5, put into the container

After waiting for the grapes to dry naturally, wash your hands and put on gloves, then crush the grapes one by one in a clean container (be careful not to use iron, especially rusty), then put the grapes layer by layer in a glass jar and so on, and then seal and ferment. You can put a black plastic bag outside the glass jar, and the color of the wine will look better later.

6. Fermentation for half a month

The temperature is high in summer, so the fermentation time is short, about one week. If you want a stronger taste, you can also choose to ferment for about ten days. In autumn when the temperature is low, it takes about half a month to ferment.

7. Filter and drink

After the fermentation is completed, it can be filtered out for drinking. Pay attention to the separation of grape seeds, grape skins and fermented grape pulp, generally using a filter, and pay attention to disinfection before use to avoid bringing bacteria into wine.

After filtering, you can drink it directly! (After the first filtration, there may still be a small amount of slag that has not been filtered out, so you can let it settle for a few days and then filter it again).

8. Bottle and store

Grapes brewed at one time are definitely inexhaustible, so the extra wine should be bottled and preserved, sealed in bottles, and then put in a cool and dry place, which can be taken at any time when drinking.
