How to make a three-piece set of fish porridge
Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour in advance.
Slice salmon and mix well with a little salt, black pepper and shredded ginger.
Add water to the pot, boil it, add the soaked rice, and simmer until it is sticky.
Slice mushrooms (if dried mushrooms are used, please soak them in advance) for later use.
Chop the shallots for later use.
Add mushroom slices to the pot and cook for 10 minute. Before taking out the pan, add fish fillets and shallots and cook for about three minutes. Finally, add seasoning to taste and drizzle with olive oil.
