1. Prepare beans and peppers, peppers, garlic, ginger, cooking wine, sugar, salt and soy sauce.
2. Soak cowpea in salt water for 20 minutes, wash and control the moisture.
3. Wash the pepper and pepper that control water.
4. Cut the beans one inch long.
5. Peel garlic and ginger and cut into small pieces.
6. Prepare soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and salt to make sauce.
7. Cool the oil in a hot pot, and add garlic and ginger into the oil for 50% heat to make it smell.
8. Turn down the heat, add pepper and pepper and stir-fry for a while.
9. Stir-fry the beans until they change color.
10. Finally, add the prepared sauce (Figure 6), stir well and turn off the heat.
