After the butter is softened, you don't need to send it. Stir it. Add the powdered sugar in several times and stir it evenly. Then add the egg liquid in several times and stir it evenly. Add the sieved flour and knead it into dough. Be careful not to use too much force to avoid gluten. Finally, a little flat, wake up for half an hour. (Figure 3)
