One pound of meat requires 50-75 grams of starch and 1-2 eggs.
You must add starch to make meatballs. In fact, you can leave it out and use white flour instead. Add various condiments (sugar, green onions, ginger, salt, MSG, pepper noodles, eggs, white noodles, cooking wine) and stir in one direction with chopsticks. Use chopsticks to scoop up the meat filling into a ball and beat it in the basin.
How much to put in depends on your preference. You like more meat and less white flour. If you like more noodles, add more. There is no fixed number, but it must be mixed into a ball.
