Scrambled Eggs with Laba Beans
1. After the eggs are cooked, remove the shells and slice them for later use.
2. Coat the cut eggs with starch and fry until golden brown and take out.
3. Cut fresh peppers into rolls, slice onions and ginger and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pot. When it is 50% hot, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add laba beans and fresh chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then cook with cooking wine.
6. Add a small amount of water and then add salt, MSG, chicken powder and sugar to taste.
7. After thickening, add fried eggs and stir well.
Fried Laba Beans with Pork
1. Pour oil into the pot, add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
2. Add laba beans, chili pepper, salt and chicken essence, stir-fry until flavourful.
3. When it is almost out of the pot, add the green garlic cut into small pieces and stir-fry until cooked.
4. Take out the pot.
