Steps
1.Mix the flour and cornmeal well.
2. Mix yeast powder with warm water, the water temperature is not hot.
3. Add it to the flour and knead it into a dough, put it in a warm place to ferment.
4. When the dough doubles in size and becomes honeycombed, it is ready.
5. Knead the dough well and divide into small portions.
6. Knead each portion well.
7. Organize into bald buns.
8. After the second fermentation steam the buns in a pot, open the pot and steam for 25 minutes. Simmer for 2 minutes before opening the lid.
Tips
Personally, I think the ratio of flour to cornmeal is 3:1 for the best taste.
