First, a thousand layers of meat pie

Beat an egg, stir well and set aside.
3. Come back and continue to knead the dough. When you knead this time, put oil on your hands and rub it on the dough to continue kneading. You can make it after waking the dough for a while.
4. Take the whole dough, put it on the operation board, cut it into the size you want to make with a knife, take a quarter, roll it with a rolling pin, it is almost 0.8 cm, and brush it with a layer of oil evenly. The key point is to spread dry flour evenly on the oiled surface until all the oiled oil is absorbed, and spread the stuffing we just made evenly on it.
5. Fold down from the top to 2/3 places, oil the upside down, sprinkle with dry flour, and cover the upside down, just like folding a quilt. At last, you will see a square dough. Wipe a little water evenly on both sides of the dough, not too much. Sprinkle peeled and cooked sesame seeds on it. The function of water is to facilitate sesame seeds to stick to the surface. Just follow this step in all other seasons.
6. Turn on the electric baking pan, adjust the temperature to 180 degrees, put oil in the pan, this time put a little more, and put the whole cake we just rolled into the pan.
Cover the electric baking pan. The electric baking pan is heated up and down together, so we also paint the electric baking pan with oil. Cover it directly. Open the lid when it is slowly checked for less than 3 minutes, brush the bread with oil brush and continue to cover it. After another 2 minutes, turn it over and fry the other side. When this side is cooked, shovel it out with a spatula and put it on the chopping board. Finally, cut it with a knife and you can eat it.
Second, thousand layers of scallion cake
Melaleuca scallion cake is a very convenient and delicious staple food, and it goes well with all kinds of meals. Moreover, the scallion cake is easy to store. Even the scallion cake made on the first day only needs to be heated, and it is still delicious.
Ingredients: flour, salt, shallots and oil.
Practice: 1. Wash the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions according to personal preference.
2. Add an appropriate amount of edible salt and mix well. If there is moisture, try to suck it dry, so as not to cause the cake to get wet and not form after adding it;
3. Add boiling water to the flour, stir quickly, and make dough. Put the dough in the basin and relax for about 20 minutes. The noodles made in this way are hot noodles, which are not only delicious when they are hot, but also will not feel hard when they are cold.
4. Knead the dough into thick strips and cut it into small pieces for later use (remember to sprinkle less flour on the panel, so as not to stick too much flour on the dough, which is not easy to roll up and spread easily);
5. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into as thin a dough as possible. Brush with a thin layer of oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion evenly;
6. Roll the dough into a long strip; Turn the long noodles into a round cake like a snail's shell. Let the noodles rest for another 5 minutes (be as careful as possible here, and don't expose the oil outside. This step is well done, and there are many turns, and the scallion cake made later will be very multi-layered);
7. Roll the bread into a thinner dough until you can clearly see the chopped green onion.
8. Open the electric baking pan or pan for heating, brush a layer of oil in the pan, and slowly fry it in a small fire;
9. Just fry it evenly and it will look nice yellow.
Note: If you want to eat crispy chopped green onion cake, you can replace the oil in the cake with lard. You can also put an egg in the pot after the cake is cooked, press the scallion cake on it, turn it over after a few hours, brush it with garlic hot sauce, and roll a sausage in.
If you like the onion flavor, you can change the steps of brushing the dough with oil and putting chopped green onion into a pot, heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion, and fry it with low fire until the chopped green onion changes color and the onion smells fragrant. Pour out the chopped green onion oil and let it cool and brush it on the flour cake instead of ordinary oil. Parents who like the taste of onion can still add chopped green onion.
