Practice
1. Wash the preserved eggs, cut them into pieces and put them on the plate. Wash the green pepper and cut into fine particles.
2. Add green peppers into a hot oil pan and fry them, then scoop them up and cover them with preserved eggs. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate, and finally pour hot oil.
