It's "red dress".
From "Qinyuanchun - Snow", a poem written by proletarian revolutionary Mao Zedong.
The excerpt is as follows:
The scenery in the north of the country, a thousand miles of ice, ten thousand miles of snow. Looking at the Great Wall inside and outside, but the rest is reckless; the great river up and down, lost the torrent. The mountains dance with silver snakes, the original wax elephants, want to try with the sky than high. The sunny day, to see the red dress, enchanting.
The translation is as follows:
The scenery of the north is one in which a thousand miles of ice are frozen and ten thousand miles of snow are drifting. Looking inside and outside the Great Wall, there is only a boundless white expanse; up and down the broad Yellow River, the water has suddenly lost its heady momentum. The mountains seemed like silver-white pythons flying, the hills on the plateau seemed like many white elephants running, they all wanted to compare their heights with God. To wait until a sunny day, to see the red sunshine and white snow and ice meet in a beautiful way.

Background of the composition
In 1936, the Red Army organized the Eastern Expeditionary Forces to prepare for the Eastward Crossing of the Yellow River to fight against the Japanese. When the Red Army started from Zichang County and advanced to the area of Yuanjiagou in Gaojie Village, Qingjian County, the troops rested and recuperated here for 16 days.During Mao Zedong's stay in the area from February 5 to 20, there was a heavy snowfall, with the Great Wall and the surrounding area snow-capped, and the uplifted Qin-Jin Plateau covered in ice and snow.
The weather was so bitterly cold that even the normally rushing and roaring Yellow River was covered with a thick layer of ice, losing its former waves. Mao Zedong was staying at the home of farmer Bai Zhimin late at night. Seeing this scene, he was quite touched and filled out this lyric.
