Main ingredients
Wheat flour
1000g
Celery leaves
50g
Accessories
Salt
An appropriate amount
Yeast powder
An appropriate amount
Steps
1.Pick celery leaves, wash and drain.
2. Chop it into pieces and add it to the flour. Add some salt when chopping. The amount of salt is determined by personal taste. If you like salty food, just eat more.
3. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, add the vegetable leaves and noodles, and let the noodles rise. The ratio of vegetable leaves to flour and salt varies from person to person. If you like to eat vegetable leaves, add more.
4. The dough is soft and there are gaps of different sizes inside, which proves that the dough is ready.
5. Knead the dough on the chopping board (more kneading will make the steamed buns stronger), knead into long strips, and cut the steamed buns.
6. Cut the steamed buns evenly into pieces, and dip both sides of the cut surfaces in noodles.
7. Cover with a cage cloth and let it rest for the second time.
8. Pinch the cut surface of the steamed bun with your hands. If it becomes soft and bulges out, it means it has woken up and is ready to be served.
9. Put it into the pot.
10. After the pot is boiled, it will be cooked after about 25 minutes of steaming.
11. With the aroma of celery, a bite, and a bit of salty taste, a box of vegetable steamed buns is ready.
