How to use bean dregs to ferment feed to raise pigs
First, the formula ratio

Formula 1

70% of bean dregs and 20% of corn flour.

Rice bran, or bran 10%

culture

Formula 2

65% of bean dregs and 30% of corn flour.

rice bran/chaff

, bran 5%

culture

Formula 3

Bean dregs 60%

Corn flour 30%

rice bran/chaff

, bran 10%

culture

Second, dilute the strain

1 kg strain/10 kg (corn flour, rice bran and bran)

Third, moisture control

60%-65%

Judgment method; Grasp the mixed materials tightly, and it is appropriate to loosen the ground when water is seen through the fingers, but it does not drip. If the water juice can be squeezed out and it does not scatter, the water content will be greater than 75%, and it should be adjusted to 60% by using corn flour.

Fourth, sealing

After adding water evenly, immediately put it into a basin,

Cylinder,

Pool,

Plastic bags and other containers, sealed fermentation at natural temperature for 2-3 days, and can be fed when there is fragrance, sweetness and alcohol smell. Large-scale fermentation can be directly stacked on a clean cement floor or fermentation pool, covered with plastic film and sealed for fermentation.

V. Matters needing attention

1, should be sealed when stacking, loading pool, but not tight.

2. When feeding from containers or bags, the containers should be sealed immediately, and should not be exposed for too long to avoid pollution.

3. Do not use raw materials that have gone mouldy or deteriorated, or have an odor as fermentation raw materials. If the fermented materials are mildewed or smelly due to improper preservation, they cannot be used to feed animals.

4. Usage and dosage of products (fermented products) after fermentation: fermented energy feed and protein feed: piglets are added at 20%-30% of the feed amount, and big pigs, chickens and ducks are added at 30-50% of the feed amount (calculated by dry matter) to prepare complete feed. When feeding fermented feed, we should adopt the method of gradually increasing the amount, and don't replace too much at one time.

5. Store in a cool and dry place.
