Tips
White sugar is the best raw material for coloring. Small fire, less oil, slowly stir with a spatula. At first, some small bubbles will appear, and when the bubbles disappear, they will turn brown. Too much fire will scorch, which not only affects the shape, but more importantly, it tastes bad.
