2. Antibiotics such as cephalosporin and metronidazole file should not be taken with Huoxiang Zhengqi Water.

Huoxiang Zhengqi water contains alcohol, which will produce acetaldehyde after digestion in the body. Because Huoxiang Zhengqi water contains alcohol, taking alcohol together with antibiotics may trigger disulfiram reaction and produce toxicity. Cephalosporins can control acetaldehyde metabolism, which will cause acetaldehyde in patients to gather together, cause acetaldehyde poisoning in patients, and may even induce liver injury and cause symptoms such as apnea.

Third, try not to mix cold medicine with antihypertensive drugs.

At present, most cold medicines on the market are mixed compound preparations, and some components of such preparations may affect blood pressure, such as pseudoephedrine. If patients are taking antihypertensive drugs while taking some cold medicines, the curative effect of antihypertensive drugs will not only be affected, but also lead to extremely unstable blood pressure and life-threatening.
