Materials needed: 2 potatoes, a spoonful of bean paste, chopped green onion, a little salt, a little chicken essence, and a proper amount of pork (not required).
Step 1. Slice potatoes, soak them in clear water for 20 minutes, remove starch water, and take them out for later use.
Step 2. Slice the pork, cut the chopped green onion and put it on the plate for later use.
Step 3. Pour oil into the pan, heat it, add potato chips and fry them until both sides are golden, and take them out for later use. (Wait until all the potato chips are hardened, that is, fry them for a long time, so that the fried potato chips taste better.)
Step 4. Heat hot oil from the pan, add lean meat, stir-fry until the color becomes dark, pour in potato chips, add a spoonful of bean paste, stir-fry evenly, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.
The potato chips made in this way are simply delicious. You can eat two bowls of rice. Try it with me!
