1. Cook the fresh shrimp, remove the head and shrimp line, peel and keep the tail shrimp skin.
2. Dice sausage and cucumber, add proper amount of salt, sesame oil and rice and mix well for later use.
3. Wrap the shrimp with rice and leave it at the tail, make it into balls and put it on the plate.
