Wash the sea cucumber with clear water to remove the surface salt. Take a clean container, put a proper amount of purified water, put the sea cucumber in the container and soak it in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours, and change the water every 8 hours until the sea cucumber becomes soft.
The soaked sea cucumber needs to be cut from the tail to the head along the midline of the abdomen, and the inner ribs and sand mouth are taken out to clean the impurities in the sea cucumber belly, as shown in the figure.
Take a clean pot filled with pure water and put the washed sea cucumber into the pot. After the fire boils, stew for another 20 minutes. After the flameout, cover it and let it cool naturally, and pick up the soft and cooked sea cucumber.
Take a clean container, fill it with cold purified water, put in the cooked sea cucumber and seal it. Then put it in the refrigerator, soak it for 48-72 hours, change the water once a day, and you can eat it.
