At the age of 26, he became the executive chef of the Chinese restaurant of the six-star Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore. He has served as executive chef in several top Chinese restaurants in the United States, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Now he has founded "Liang Zigeng Catering Concept Studio" in his own name.
