Tools/raw materials: Tricholoma, towel, hot water.

1, put Tricholoma in warm water and soak for about 1 hour.

2. Then stir clockwise by hand for 10 minute, so that the gills of Tricholoma slowly open, wash out the sand hidden inside, and then gently scrub the surface of Tricholoma with a towel.

3. Put the Tricholoma into a bowl, add salt and water, and soak for another 30 minutes.

4. Just wash it after soaking.
