First peel the white radish and cut it into shreds (thicker, it tastes like radish). Add salt and stir well. Marinate it a little and squeeze the radish dry.
280 grams of sticky rice noodles are mixed with pickled radish juice, clear water and a little salt (because radish juice contains salt) and stirred into a paste.
Cut sausage, mushroom, onion and soaked shrimp into granules.
Prepare a clean pot and pour in peanut oil. Stir-fry sausage, shrimp skin and mushrooms, then add onion and stir-fry continuously.
Then add shredded radish, spiced powder, sugar and chicken essence, stir-fry until 70% cooked, turn off the fire and let the stuffing cool completely.
Pour the cold stuffing into the rice paste and mix well. Load into the mold.
The fire steamed for about half an hour. And demoulding after cooling.
It is quite delicious to cut into small pieces and dip them in your favorite sauce or fry them.
