Making steps of egg pancake
1. Wash and chop shallots.
2. An egg, stir well.
3. Add the right amount of water and ordinary cold water to the egg liquid, then add the right amount of flour, salt and chopped shallots and stir together to form a uniform thin batter, as shown in the figure.
4. Moisten the oil pan with a little oil, not too much. If it is convenient to brush a thin layer with a brush, spoon a spoonful of batter into the pot, turn the pot over low heat, and let the batter flow evenly into a circle. Fried on both sides.
The first cake is usually not beautiful because the oil has not completely penetrated into the pot, and it is normal for the second cake to be golden and even in color. There is no need to wash the pan after frying, just brush a thin layer of oil, one layer of oil for each cake, and the amount of oil must be less.
